» What will Italian Manufacturing do for me?

» How do I get started and how does the ordering process work?
Follow this link Factory Quote and tell us what you need. We will let you know if it is something we can manufacture for you. If so, we will obtain the information we need to give you a price quote. Once we supply the quote, we will discuss the details of processing your order such as contract conditions, manufacturing and shipping.

»How can Italian Manufacturing save me time and money?
With our presence in Italy and extensive contacts we can do the following:
-Find exactly what you need quickly and efficiently
-Negotiate the best possible price
-Monitor production and shipment
-Eliminate mistakes and the need for costly business trips

» What kinds of goods do you offer?
We supply almost anything that is made in Italy, and some items made in other European countries. We specialize in fashion goods.

» What are the costs involved?
Most contracts are decided on the CIF price. This includes manufacturing and fees in the country of manufacture and shipping (by sea or air depending on your wishes) to a port in the country where the products will be sold. Upon arrival at the designated port, we can arrange a customs broker to clear the goods and send them to the destination of your choice. You will be responsible for the following costs:

1. Any customs duties and bond fees. US tariff rates usually average about 5% of the value of your order but the final determination can only be made by Customs.
2. Customs brokers fees.
3. Document and port charges.
4. Freight charges from the port to the destination of your choice.

» What happens if I am not satisfied with my goods?
In the unlikely event there is a problem with the goods, replacements will be sent or your money refunded. The exact course of action depends on the goods

» What is the minimum quantity I can order?
There are no set minimums. However, if the quantity is too low, it may not be practical to source the product. Our services are designed for retailers and not end-users.

» What about confidentiality?
We receive many questions from inventors concerned about the confidentiality of their product information. Italian Manufacturing holds all information provided by our clients in the strictest confidentiality and will never use it for any purpose other than providing our clients with the services requested. All confidential client information is held in the highest regard. We can also sign a NDA for you if you so desire.
